Nag Genie dedicates time and professional expertise to each consultation, and as a result, consultation fees are not eligible for refunds, cancellations, or credits once the booking has been confirmed.

If a client is unable to attend a scheduled consultation, they may request to reschedule the appointment with reasonable notice, subject to availability. Requests to reschedule must be submitted prior to the scheduled consultation time. Failure to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

By scheduling and paying for a consultation with Nag Genie, clients acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nag Genie shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or services provided.

This includes but is not limited to loss of business, data, revenue, or other economic losses.

Consultation Policy

1. Consultation Scheduling

Consultations with Nag Genie are scheduled in advance through our website, booking system, or direct communication with our team. Consultation appointments are reserved specifically for the client once a booking is confirmed.

Clients are responsible for selecting an available consultation time that works with their schedule and providing accurate contact information when scheduling the appointment.

2. Payment Policy

Full payment for consultation services is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payment secures the consultation appointment and reserves the scheduled time with a Nag Genie representative.

Failure to complete payment may result in the consultation appointment not being confirmed.

3. No Refund Policy

All consultation fees are non-refundable. Once a consultation has been scheduled and payment has been processed, the fee is considered earned for reserving the consultation time and preparing for the session.

By scheduling a consultation with Nag Genie, clients acknowledge and agree that consultation payments are not eligible for refunds.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule their consultation appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled consultation time. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be accommodated.

5. Late Arrival Policy

Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their scheduled consultation. If a client arrives late, the consultation may still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other appointments.

In some cases, late arrivals may require the consultation to be rescheduled.

6. No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

7. Consultation Scope

Consultations provided by Nag Genie are intended to discuss business needs, operational challenges, and potential service solutions. Consultations may include recommendations or guidance; however, implementation of services may require a separate service agreement or contract.

8. Right to Refuse or Cancel Services

Nag Genie reserves the right to refuse or cancel a consultation if a client engages in inappropriate behavior, provides false information, or violates the company's policies. Booking Page Friendly. Consultations are non-refundable. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.

10. Third-Party Service Role

Nag Genie provides administrative, marketing, technical, and operational support services on behalf of clients. Nag Genie acts as a third-party service provider and does not assume ownership, legal responsibility, or operational control over the client’s business, products, or services.

11. Phone Call Handling Services

Nag Genie representatives may handle inbound or outbound phone calls on behalf of clients for purposes such as customer support, information requests, appointment scheduling, or administrative communication. Representatives will follow instructions, scripts, and service guidelines provided by the client.

Nag Genie is not responsible for customer decisions, misunderstandings, or outcomes resulting from communications conducted on behalf of the client.

12. Sales Call Services

Nag Genie may provide outbound or inbound sales call support including lead qualification, appointment setting, and customer outreach. Representatives will communicate information provided by the client and will not make guarantees regarding product performance, service results, or customer purchasing decisions.

Nag Genie does not guarantee sales results, revenue increases, or conversion rates.

13. SEO Marketing Services

Nag Genie may provide search engine optimization (SEO) services including keyword research, website optimization recommendations, content support, and digital marketing strategy assistance. While industry best practices are used, Nag Genie does not guarantee search engine rankings, website traffic increases, or marketing outcomes due to factors outside of our control, including search engine algorithm changes.

14. Social Media Marketing (SMM) Services

Nag Genie may assist with social media management including content posting, engagement monitoring, and marketing support on behalf of clients. All social media content will be based on information and guidelines provided by the client.

Nag Genie is not responsible for platform algorithm changes, account restrictions, audience responses, or third-party platform disruptions.

15. IT Support Services

Nag Genie may provide technical support services including helpdesk assistance, troubleshooting, and administrative technology support. Services are provided based on available systems and information supplied by the client.

Nag Genie is not responsible for hardware failures, third-party software errors, cybersecurity breaches, data loss, or technology outages beyond its control.

16. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, product details, service guidelines, and access to systems necessary for Nag Genie to perform services. Nag Genie is not liable for errors, delays, or service issues resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated client information.

17. Professional Conduct and Employee Protection

Nag Genie is committed to maintaining a professional and respectful working environment for its employees and contractors. Clients and third parties must communicate respectfully with Nag Genie staff.

Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, threats, or hostile behavior toward employees will not be tolerated and may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

18. Confidentiality

Nag Genie and its employees may have access to confidential client information while providing services. All reasonable steps will be taken to protect the confidentiality of client information and use it only for the purpose of delivering contracted services.

19. Limitation of Liability

Nag Genie provides support services based on client instructions and available information. Nag Genie and its employees shall not be held liable for business losses, marketing performance, customer disputes, sales outcomes, technology failures, or other damages resulting from the client’s business operations.

20. Service Suspension or Termination

Nag Genie reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client:

  • Requests services that violate laws or ethical standards
  • Engages in abusive or inappropriate conduct toward employees
  • Fails to meet payment obligations
  • Misuses services in a manner that may harm Nag Genie or its staff

21. Modifications to Terms

Nag Genie reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the company website or provided to clients. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
